Process characteristics
1. OSP
It has thermal shock resistance and moisture resistance, and is used to protect the copper surface from rusting (oxidation or vulcanization, etc.) in the normal environment. However, in the subsequent high temperature explosion, this protective film must be easily cleaned by flux, so that the exposed clean copper surface can be immediately combined with the solder to form a solid solder joint in a very short time.
2. HASL
Lead will improve the activity of the tin wire in the welding process. The lead-free tin wire is easier to use than the lead-free tin wire, but the lead is poisonous, and it is not good for the human body after long-term use. The solder joints are much firmer.
3. ENIG
The color deposited on the surface of the printed circuit is very stable, the brightness is good, the coating is very flat, and the solderability is good. Immersion gold generally has a thickness of 1-3uinch, and is widely used in circuit boards such as key boards and gold finger boards, because gold has strong conductivity, good anti-oxidation performance and long service life.
