2. Q: what do PCBA design documents contain?

Answer: PCBA design documents generally include: PCB document, Gerber document, PDF location number drawing, electronic controlled BOM document, PCBA template and other special process requirements and remarks.

3. Q: what is the production process of PCB?

A: the manufacturing process of double-sided PCB mainly includes: blanking, drilling, hole metallization, pattern transfer, circuit electroplating, film removal, etching, lead / tin removal, solder resist ink, character, shape (punching / milling), test inspection, vacuum packaging, etc.

4. Q: what is the difference between PCB, PCBA and FPC?

A: PCB is bare board without any components.

PCBA is the PCB through SMT or plug-in processing, welding assembly on the PCB board required electronic components, such as IC, resistor, capacitor, crystal oscillator, transformer and other electronic components, after reflow oven high temperature heating, will form the mechanical connection between components and PCB board, thus forming PCBA.
