1. The impedance control requirements are relatively strict, and the relative line width control is very strict, and the general tolerance is about 2%.
2. Due to the special plate, the adhesion of PTH copper sinking is not high. Usually, it is necessary to roughen the vias and the surface with the help of plasma treatment equipment to increase the adhesion of PTH hole copper and solder resist ink.
3. Do not grind the board before making the solder mask, otherwise the adhesion will be very poor, and it can only be roughened with micro-erosion potion.
4. Most of the plates are PTFE materials, and there will be many burrs when forming with ordinary milling cutters, so special milling cutters are required.

High frequency board production requirements
The high-frequency board is one of the most difficult boards, so it must meet the production requirements as much as possible.
1. Drilling
(1) The feed speed of drilling should be as slow as 180/S, and a new drill tip should be used, and aluminum sheets should be placed on the upper and lower sides. It is best to drill with a single PNL.
(2) Concentrated sulfuric acid (preferably not) can be used for the PTH hole sample for 30Min
(3) Grinding plate and sinking copper circuit are produced in the same way as normal double-sided
(4) Special attention: the high-frequency board does not need to remove the glue residue.
2. Solder mask
(1) If the high-frequency board needs green oil primer, it is not allowed to grind the board before the solder mask, and stamp the red stamp in the MI.
(2) If the high-frequency board needs to be printed with green oil on the substrate, green oil should be printed twice (to prevent the green oil from bubbling on the substrate), and the board should not be ground after etching and tin stripping, but only air-dried. For the first primer, use the 43T screen to normally print the segmented baking board: 50 degrees 50Min 75 degrees 50Min 95 degrees 50Min 120 degrees 50Min 135 degrees 50Min 150 50Min degrees, expose with line film, and then grind the board after developing. normal production. It needs to be noted in MI: the first base layer is aligned with the line film.
(3) If green oil needs to be printed on some substrates of the high-frequency board, and green oil is not printed on some substrates, a "priming film" needs to be produced. Do a second normal production. The following picture is a special "base film" for 018212's needs.
Pay special attention to the similar 018092 substrates that do not have green oil printed on them, and can only print green oil once (see the figure below, the blue part is the green oil window), to prevent the green oil on the substrate from being unable to develop after the first green oil primer. .

Before spraying tin, add baking at 150 degrees for 30min before spraying tin
4. Line tolerance
The line width tolerance without requirement is ±0.05mm, and there is a requirement to make it according to customer requirements.
