What is the HDI board

HDI is High Density Interconnector, which is a high-density interconnect board, which is a circuit board with a relatively high line distribution density using micro-blind and buried via technology.

The HDI board has inner layer circuits and outer layer circuits, and then uses drilling, metallization in the holes and other processes to realize the internal connection of each layer of circuits. Generally, the build-up method is used for manufacturing.
