The PCB Assembly
PCB Assembly is referred to as PCBA, the assembly of printed circuit boards or the placement of components on an already manufactured PCB. PCBA is a little different from PCB Board manufacturing, doing with the manufacturing of PCB boards. Assembly is the placement of different components on the empty board to develop a fully functional board.

PCB Assembly Process
Step 1: Solder Paste Stencil
This is the first step of PCBA. It involves applying solder paste to a bare board. Solder paste is a thin stainless steel material. The part where the paste is applied is where these parts will be on the full PCB.
Step 2: Pick and Place
After the assembler has finished soldering, the next step is to pick and place the components. Most of the time, this is achieved through the use of unique robotic machines. While this can be achieved manually, machines are the best based on their accuracy.
Step 3: Reflow Soldering
Once the solder paste and components are properly in place, they must remain there. For assemblers to achieve this, they must ensure that the solder paste cures to adhere to the components of the circuit board. Fortunately, this can be achieved by reflow soldering.
Step 4: Inspection and Quality Control
After reflow soldering is done, the board needs to be inspected for quality control. Check the function of the inspection board. Here, the board examines matters related to quality.
Step 5: Final Inspection and Functional Testing
After the quality check, the final test is performed. These tests identify errors before the board goes into full-scale manufacturing. The main purpose of these tests is to avoid costly mistakes after the board is released to market.
